German Red Jasper Pendant - Natural Form

Pendant made out of a piece of Jasper which we found on the banks of the river Rhine in Germany.
The pendant follows the natural form of the stone as we found it and was polished by hand to bring out the brilliant colours and structure of the stone.
This piece of Jasper was found on the banks of the river Rhine near Bad Honnef and most likely comes from the Dill-Lahn region in Germany.
The colour of the stone comes from included iron ore.
