Natural Treasure from Scotland: The Unique Iona Marble
Each piece of Iona Marble is collected by hand near the Isle of Iona in Scotland while free-diving in the cold waters of the Atlantic.
Iona marble is also known as the sacred stone of Columban. The small pebbles made of this distinctive rock, which can be found along the shores, are often called Columban’s Tears.
For centuries, Iona marble has been crafted into jewelry on the island. It is said to bring good luck and offer protection from shipwrecks and fire. Fishermen of the island are said to never leave the harbor without their lucky stone in their pocket.
Crafted with care: handcrafted gemstone pendants made in Germany
I craft my mineral and gemstone pendants with love and care by hand in Germany. Each piece of jewelry undergoes several precise stages of production: from cutting the raw stone to shaping and grinding it with various diamond grinding wheels, and finally, polishing it to perfection.
This meticulous process allows me to create unique jewelry that beautifully reflects the diversity and magnificence of nature.
