Unakite is popular because of its unique colours and composition which consists of pink feldspar, green epidote and colorless quartz and it is often used to make jewellery.

Unakite can be found in many different countries and locations but namely the Unakas Mountain Range in North Carolina in the USA where Unakite was first discovered and named after.
