Wonderful ring with a piece of Scottish Iona marble, set in 925 sterling silver with a sparkling peridot in the swirl.

The ring is adjustable and should fit most fingers, the optimal size for this design is between:

For smaller or larger fingers, the design may be slightly shifted.

Scottish Iona Marble
Each piece of Iona marble is collected by hand near the island of Iona in Scotland, requiring dives in the cold waters of the Atlantic to access the veins of the marble.
Iona marble is also known as the sacred stone of Columbanus and the small pebbles of Iona marble that can be found on the beach are also called Columbanus' tears.
Iona marble has been used to make jewelry on the island of Iona for centuries and is said to bring good luck and protect against shipwreck and fire.
The island's fishermen are said to never leave the harbor without their lucky stone in their pockets.

Peridot
Peridot has been a popular gemstone since ancient times and is said to have been Cleopatra's favorite stone.
Peridot is a variety of olivine and one of the few gemstones that occurs naturally in only one color.
Peridot is found all over the world, most of the peridot today comes from Arizona in the USA and that is where this peridot comes from.
