Red Rhine Jasper Pendant - Handmade

Handmade pendant made of red jasper from the Rhine in natural form, with a polished front and back.

The raw piece for this pendant was found by us on the Rhine near Bad Honnef and comes from the ore deposits in the Lahn-Dill region.
Jasper gets its red color from inclusions of iron and is therefore also called iron silica.
This pendant was hand-picked, cut and polished by us, maintaining the natural shape of the stone.
The irregular shape and the small cracks or holes emphasize the naturalness and beauty of the stone, while the polish brings out the full color splendor of the jasper.
